Background
Antoine Moussa has over two decades of multi-sector E&C experience with major, top-tier international and local EPC organizations in delivery and development of megaprojects, including the last 15 years in KSA. Led the oversight of on-site project development and execution of assets and related infrastructure including but not limited to design, procurement, logistics, contracting, stakeholder management, project controls, handover and closeout. Founder and CEO of AAA Management Consultants headquartered in Paris. Prior roles include six years at Al BawaniGroup as Vice President - Operations, where he oversaw luxury design-build projects across various sectors, including Royal, VIP fast track and Vision 2030.
Prior, at Saudi Oger, his nine-year journey from Project Manager to Vice President involved managing landmark construction megaprojects exceeding $2 billion, such as the Ritz Carlton and Princess Noura University. His leadership brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational efficiency to the construction industry, ensuring transformative success of companies and programs under his guidance.
Antoine holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and an Architecte DPLG from Paris La Villette (6-year master’s degree), providing a unique blend of business acumen and architectural expertise.

Successfully conducted strategic co-negotiations promoting business expansion, resulting in securing a 22-year exclusivity contract from Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies in KSA to build Green Cement Factories in Saudi Arabia.

Instilled dedication & commitment to launch a dynamic design & engineering firm in collaboration with PPX Architectes in 2022, demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership and cultivating innovation in architectural design and engineering solutions.
