Background

Maryem Oualalou is a seasoned professional with a rich educational background and a dynamic career that spans over two decades. Professional & Industry Experience

  • Orchestrated the development and execution of leadership training and practices as Project Manager at Societe Generale, Paris (2019-2023), driving the skills enhancement of thousands of managers in a complex, remote work environment.

  • Spearheaded the deployment of a digital coaching initiative and an ESG program "1 coaching session to plant 1 tree," resulting in over 3700 coaching sessions, as part of a large-scale change management project.

  • Coordinated with a team of cross-European facilitators to deliver high-quality managerial training programs, culminating in a successful training rollout worth €5 million over 18 months to 11,000 managers.

  • Championed the development of corporate finance training modules and the onboarding of CRM new joiners as an Internal Trainer in Learning & Development at Societe Generale, Paris (2016-2019).

  • Fostered a community of practice, leading to the upskilling of 70 learners annually across 6 new cohorts, thereby enhancing the internal knowledge-sharing ecosystem.
